Elecciones y kapusta

(English version below)

Nowadays (234)

Petrzalka, Slovakian Mountains

This last electoral weekend I was able to do several things bringing me closer to integrate in Central European world. First was voting, since being a legal resident allows me to participate in municipality polls. And second, way deeper, was helping my father-in-law to prepare Kyslá Kapusta, that thing we know as sauerkraut or sour cabbage and which in this part of the world is essential in winter diet and for a great number of typical dishes.

We’ll have to wait for about a month to see if it comes out ok, I’ll tell you in Christmas.
